This includes people like Direct Consumers, who're guests exploring travel options or managing their journey via desktop, mobile or tablet. It also includes Third-Party Bookers, who're individuals making reservations or purchasing tickets on behalf of others, such as family members, corporate travel coordinators or travel agents. 

Additionally, it includes Automated Systems, which're any automated processes, including data scrapers, bots, spiders, crawlers or intelligent agents attempting to access the Platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, "Ethiopian Airlines" or "we", "us", or "our" shall refer to Ethiopian Airlines Group, a state-owned enterprise organized and existing under the laws of Ethiopia having its head office at Addis Ababa Bole International Airport, P.O. Box 1755, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

All content on the Ethiopian Airlines website, including trademarks, copyrights, databases, layout organization, graphics, text and underlying software code is the property of Ethiopian Airlines or its licensors. Our services, including the booking engine, ticketing, flight exchange and refund tools online check-in and flight exchange are provided to make your journey seamless and convenient. You are welcome to use the Platform to check availability of services make reservations transact official business or manage your travel details. 

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your website access information (such as user names, passwords and personal identification numbers) and booking data (such as booking references and Your travel itinerary).

Ethiopian Airlines upholds the highest standards of integrity and fairness. If you violate these Terms, Ethiopian Airlines reserves the right, without prejudice to any legal or equitable rights, to cancel your booking without prior notice and/or deny you access to the platform. Ethiopian Airlines believes in treating every guest with respect and expects the same in return.

As an airline committed to improvement, Ethiopian Airlines reserve the right to update, modify or improve the information, services, products and other content on the Ethiopian Airlines website at any time and without prior notice. Ethiopian Airlines encourage you to review these Terms.

Ethiopian Airlines' willful misconduct or gross negligence. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Air transportation purchased through the Website remains subject to the applicable Conditions of Carriage and any governing international conventions or mandatory laws regulating carrier liability.

All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved by Ethiopian Airlines.

At Ethiopian Airlines the security of your transactions is as important as the safety of your flight.

Authorization: By using a credit card debit card or other payment method on the Ethiopian Airlines website you warrant that you are legally authorized to do and that the cardholder information provided during booking is accurate.

Card Verification at Check-In: To prevent fraud and protect Ethiopian Airlines guests Ethiopian Airlines reserve the right to verify the payment card used for an online booking. In cases passengers may be asked to present the actual card at the airport check-in desk or at a local Ethiopian Airlines city office prior to boarding.

Consequences of Non-Compliance: If you fail to present the requested payment card for verification your booking may be cancelled boarding may be. You may be required to purchase 

a new ticket using an alternative payment method. Ethiopian Airlines shall not be liable for any damages, costs or inconveniences arising from cancellations.
