You will be met by the traditional Ethiopian Coffee Ceremony Station at the exclusive C9 lounge located at Addis Ababa Airport Terminal. The lounge offers our Business Class passengers and their eligible companions with variety of food and drinks, an open bar, a relaxation room, a business center and a free internet access to relax before your trip.
If you missed a chance to visit Ethiopia, we invite you to test the colorful and delicious cuisines. The national cuisines is wot which is a mixture of meats, vegetables, spices and sauces, served along flat bread called Injera.
Injera,
the base of almost every meal is made from the indigenous cereal called ‘Teff’ which is high in nutritional value that comes in a darker and lighter version and the best cuisine for vegetarians and vegans, gluten and lactose-free
eaters. Teff is eaten in numerous forms including some of the bread and cake selection here.
Ethiopians eat their meal with their hands; this is done by tearing off some Injera and using it to scoop up some wot and then eats all
of it.
