Update on ticket rules to/from Tel Aviv effective June 16, 2025

• The below options are availed for travel from June 13 to June 23, 2025.
• Passengers may change to a new flight from/to Tel Aviv within the same cabin of travel on an alternative date without rebooking fee and fare difference.
• Passengers may change to a new flight (Reroute) from/to TLV within the same cabin of travel on an alternative date without change(rebooking) fee and fare difference.
• Reroute can be via Athens/Vienna/Brussels and other Europe gateways with LY or any other airline Ethiopian has agreement with.
• Refundable and non-refundable tickets will be refunded fully without charges.
• Fully unutilized and partially utilized tickets are refundable without penalty charge.
• This rule applies only for the affected segment.
• Tour code: TLV1182C shall be inserted at the time of ticketing.
• The Israel local customer protection laws supersede and have precedence over this policy.

*All other rules and conditions shall apply as per system rule.
