Israel Notifications

Ethiopian Airlines is required to comply with the Law on the Powers of Collection and Analysis of Data Regarding Passengers Entering or Leaving Israel (hereby – The Law). Under this regulation, we are obligated to submit passenger data collected during the ticket reservation process to the National Centre for Passenger Data Analysis (Hereby - the Centre).

This data may be used by the relevant Israeli authorities, as specified in the Law, for the following purposes:

• Combating terrorism
  
  
• Securing air travel
  
  
• Combating serious crime
  
  
• Enhancing border control
  
  
• Protecting public health
  
  

All submitted data will be retained in accordance with the timeframes established by the Law.
