Note :

• The Medical Certificate must be dated within seven days from your flight date, and requests submitted earlier than seven days from your flight will not be processed.

• Requests for special services, such as oxygen or stretcher, must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure time.

• Requests for standard services (any services other than oxygen or stretcher) must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
