please contact the agency directly to request a refund.
Ticket Purchased with Cash or Bank Deposit: For tickets originally purchased
with cash or via bank deposit, please visit your nearest Ethiopian Airlines Ticket Office or
contact your travel agency for assistance.
Service Interruptions: If your flight is impacted by a schedule change or
cancellation, please complete the refund form for any additional services purchased, such as:

Cancellation of Entire Journey: Please be aware that the booking will be
cancelled for the entire journey if a refund request is processed.
