Start your journey with ease using Ethiopian Airlines' Web Check-in service, available from 72 hours up to 2 hours before departure. Simply click "Web Check-in" from the quick links on our homepage, then enter your Booking Reference or Ticket Number along with your Last Name exactly as they appear on your ticket. Once submitted, you’ll be guided through key steps, including pre-check-in instructions, hazardous materials information, passenger details confirmation, seat selection, and optional extra baggage.
Solution: Any bookings having one of these requests will not be able to check-in and the passenger should go to the airport counter.
