Yes, you can purchase your lounge access from the agents at Addis Ababa Bole International Airport.

The services included in the pass are:

Complementary refreshments such as Ethiopian Coffee
Free Wi-Fi, TV, Sports Bar
Peaceful and comfortable area including couches to relax
Quiet room to relax and sleep in our Cloud Nine lounges
Some lounges may have extra benefits such as massage rooms, showers, and sleeping areas. Spa services are not included but may be available for an extra charge.

You can purchase your lounge pass online through our website and mobile app, from local ticket offices, and at Addis Ababa International Airport.

All forms of payment currently applicable for ticket sales are also applicable for lounge pass purchase. These options include credit/debit card, bank transfer, bank deposit, and cash.

You can enjoy the services for free if you are a platinum or gold member of Ethiopian Sheba miles at the Sheba Platinum lounge. Other members will be charged for accessing this lounge.

This service is currently available for Addis Ababa Bole international airport Sheba Cloud Nine & Sheba Platinum/Gold lounges. Lounge located at terminal 2 only.

Yes, you can make a change to your lounge pass along with your flight booking subject to availability of the service on the changed date.

If you cancel your lounge pass voluntarily, the lounge pass fee will be non-refundable. Refund is only applicable for involuntary changes such as;

Flight cancellations/rerouting
Denied service due to over sale
Schedule change

The lounge access receipt is valid for one year from the date of issue.

Open lounge access receipts can be re-issued if not used before the validity of the pass expires by visiting the nearest Ethiopian Airlines sales office or contacting us via Email.
