Update on ticket rules to/from Tel Aviv effective April 29, 2025

• The below options are availed for tickets issued before May 11, 2025, and for travel from May 05, 2025, until flight resumption.,
• Passengers may change to a new flight from/to Tel Aviv within the same cabin of travel on an alternative date without a rebooking fee and fare difference.

• Passengers may change to a new flight (Reroute) from/to TLV within the same cabin of travel on an alternative date without a change(rebooking) fee and fare difference.
• Refundable and non-refundable tickets will be refunded fully without charges.
• This rule applies only for the affected segment.
• Tour code: TLV1182B shall be inserted at the time of ticketing.
• The Israeli local customer protection laws supersede and have precedence over this policy.

*All other rules and conditions shall apply as per system rule.
