Terms and Conditions of Student Club Program

• Registration at the Student Club is mandatory to be eligible for benefits and incentives provided by Ethiopian Airlines Student Club. 
  

• A student is a person who is studying for a Degree (as defined hereafter), has joined a recognized higher education provider (university or college), and is between the ages of 18 and 30 (the “Student”), with a valid and current student identification card issued by an official student union or an educational institute or a valid student visa or an official acceptance letter issued by an educational institute, in English. 
  

• Degree is defined as an academic degree, any of several titles conferred by colleges and /or universities to indicate the completion of a course of study or the extent of academic achievement. 
  

• The Student’s details entered on the registration form must be exactly as stated on the passport used for travel. 
  

• It is mandatory to provide the expected graduation date when enrolling in the Ethiopian Student Club and it is the student’s responsibility to update such date in the event of any changes. It is mandatory to provide supporting documents such as a passport, university or college letter, student identification card, student visa, or official acceptance letter from the college or university upon enrolment. 
  

• The maximum duration for membership in the Ethiopian Student Club is seven (7) years from the date of enrolment in the Student Club. 
  

• Upon graduation, the Ethiopian Student Club membership will end and the Student will automatically, and the Student can continue as a member of the Shebamiles program. 
  

• In order to join the Ethiopian Student Club and avail Ethiopian Student Club offers, Ethiopian Airlines Group must process the Student’s personal data for the performance of these Terms and Conditions, in accordance with the Ethiopian Airlines Group’s Privacy Notice. 
  

• Ethiopian Airlines Group does not guarantee the availability, and/or continuity of any offer or other benefits.
  

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the country of Ethiopia. Each Student shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the country of Ethiopia to resolve disputes arising in connection with the Student Club. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, Ethiopian Airlines Group shall have the right to initiate proceedings before any competent courts worldwide, as Ethiopian Airlines Group deems fit. 
  

• Ethiopian Airlines Group may in its sole and absolute discretion terminate or suspend membership to the Student Club or end the Student Club for any reason whatsoever at any time, without incurring any cost or liability as a result of using this right.
