why PVG flight are canceled and we have to pay the difference in order to reschedule?

we are forcced to cancel our flights based on the chinese government restriction for a flight and considering the situation we exchnage passengers ticket by collecting only a price differnce based on the avaliable price on the new travel date and waived both date change fee and a no show fee .

Dear Our Valued Customer , Please note that all passengers that were not able to travel on their desired flight dates due to the COVID-19 outbreak are eligible to Keep their ticket for travel until December 31,2021 (there is no need to call or email us to change the ticket). We will keep the ticket as open status for travel until December 31,2021 so that you can rebook it whenever you decide to travel).

Ethiopian Customs regulation dictates that passengers continuing their journey further to Ethiopian domestic destinations via Addis Ababa are required to go through customs and clear their baggage at Addis Ababa.

Baggage can be through checked-in up to final destination but passengers are required to collect their bags at the transit point and clear customs before dropping their baggage at domestic check-in counters.
