why PVG flight are canceled and we have to pay the difference in order to reschedule?

we are forcced to cancel our flights based on the chinese government restriction for a flight and considering the situation we exchnage passengers ticket by collecting only a price differnce based on the avaliable price on the new travel date and waived both date change fee and a no show fee .

We will keep the ticket as open status for travel until December 31,2021 so that you can rebook it whenever you decide to travel).
