Enter the surname in the last name field and the given name (first and middle) in the first name field.

The character limits for different name types is as follows, including spaces.

• Last Name: 29 characters
• First Name: 29 characters

 

For making your booking online last name and first name are mandatory and it cannot be left open. If you have no last name please type "LNU" in the last name field. if you have no First name please type "FNU" in the First name field.

If the passenger's last name consists of only one letter, repeat their title in the 'Last name' field then enter their one-letter name in the 'Last name' field.

If the passenger has a middle name, enter it in the first name field as it is in your passport.

If the passenger's first or last name contains special characters, such as a hyphen or accent, enter it without special characters.

It is normal for the names on the ticket to be joined together, even if you had entered them separately when booking online. For example, if you enter Mr. Alex Bruce William when booking online, your ticket will show the name William/ Alex Bruce. This is standard airline industry practice.
