Terms and conditions

1. The award shall be given to the winner only. 
2. Flight date of travel shall be selected subject to flight and seat availability.
3. The class of service of the award ticket shall be Economy class. 
4. The winner must commence travel on the raffle winning ticket to request issuance of the award ticket.
5. The award ticket travel validity is 05 September, 2022 – 05 September, 2023
6. Taxes and other charges, except carrier-imposed charges, shall be covered by the winner.
7. The award is applicable only on ET operated flights excluding flights to/from China and India. 
8. The award is not eligible for mile accrual.
9. The award ticket is non re-bookable except in cases of involuntary flight changes.
10. The award ticket is non-refundable.
11.  Passenger cannot claim award in cash.
