Terms and Conditions

1. MySheba NeighbourFree seat purchase is applicable or allowed only for passengers with economy class tickets subject to availability, excluding front/leg room seats

2. Passengers with Special Service requests, specifically unaccompanied minor assistance are not eligible for MySheba NeighbourFree seat.

3. It is only applicable for Ethiopian operated flights or tickets that start with a prefix (071).

4. The purchase of MySheba NeighbourFree cannot be transferred to another flight or another passenger, and it's non-refundable unless for involuntary reasons. Refund will be processed after the flight departure for such cases.

5. Ethiopian Airlines reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to decide whether or not to:
   a) offer this service on any flight,
   b)makes no representation that any passenger will be having MySheba NeighbourFree seat confirmed regardless of whether or not seats are available in the class of service for which an offer is being made,
   c) remove the seat blocked for any operational or commercial reasons like over sale with full fare passengers, while in this case refund will be processed to passengers after the flight has departed.

6. This service is applicable to instant purchase; refund post-purchase is not allowed unless for involuntary changes mentioned above.

7. The charge on your credit card may appear in the name of "Ethiopian Airlines, ET." You agree that you will not challenge or dispute a charge for reasons of the name appearing on the credit card statement for MySheba NeighbourFree seat Service.

8. Ethiopian Airlines does not guarantee specific seat assignments to guests who purchase MySheba NeighbourFree seat. It may be necessary to move you from a pre-reserved seat (Exit Row or front-row bulkhead seats) to offer you the MySheba NeighbourFree seat experience. In this case, the pre-reserved seat fees are not refundable.

9. MySheba NeighbourFree does not include lounge access or additional baggage allowance or bonus miles or any other special service on board.

10. Ethiopian Airlines reserves the right to amend the foregoing conditions at any time and at its sole discretion.

11. By submitting, the passenger accepts all terms and conditions of the MySheba NeighbourFree seat Program.

12. Once you book MySheba NeighbourFree seat(s), please do not change your seat selection during the check-in process to keep your MySheba NeighbourFree seat(s) reserved.
