  • The prize for the winner will be a free upgrade.
  • The award is applicable on ET operated flights only.
  • The award ticket is not eligible for Sheba miles mile accrual.
  • Tax and other charges will be covered by passengers.
  • Upgrade is subject to seat availability.
  • The fare conditions of the original ticket remain unchanged, including cancellation policies, change fees and the earned frequent flyer miles.
  • Passengers who won the prize and got upgraded with the prize shall be treated as business class passengers at the airport and allowed to use lounge service, priority pass, and carry baggage allowance of business class only on the upgraded sector. The rest of the sectors shall be treated according to the original economy class entitlements.
  • If the winner couldn’t be upgraded due to seat availability or any other unforeseen circumstance, an upgrade voucher shall be issued for use in future flights of the same sector.
  • The Award winner must sign the Consent Declaration Form
