Today June 8, 2010 forty two (42) cabin crew trainees graduate in a ceremony to be held at Ethiopian Airlines head quarter. The Ethiopian Aviation Academy conducts a thorough six month class-room and on-job-training. The first three months are dedicated to class-room coaching and the rest three are programmed on practical attachment. Besides, they have been on the job for 24 months that qualifies them to graduate today. It is a plan to bring the trainees up to service standard onboard Ethiopian flights.
The training is designed to be customer oriented and today’s graduates are expected to exceed customers’ expectations and be committed to service excellence.
