1. Award Benefits:

The actual flown Miles (Status Miles) plus the bonus Miles add up to become Award Miles that can be exchanged for Award tickets and Award class upgrades both on Ethiopian and Partner Flights. These benefits can be extended to immediate family members like spouse, children below 25 years of age and parents after the necessary mile transfer formalities are fulfilled. You can check the Spending Miles calculator to know how many miles you require to claim specific Awards on Ethiopian or partners.

2. Adding colour to flying

Essentially there are three Club levels, Blue, Silver and Gold. The number of Tier Qualifying Miles awarded or sectors flown on Ethiopian annually (January –December) determines your membership level.

The more you fly, the easier it gets. When you have earned enough Tier Qualifying Miles or sectors to move up to Silver Club membership, you earn Award Miles more easily and enjoy more privileges.

As a Gold Club member you will experience the ultimate in ease and recognition.

Blue Club Members Blue Club membership is granted when you enroll in the ShebaMiles Program and accrue 3,000 miles or fly two sectors. You will be eligible for upgrading to Silver or Gold Club membership as soon as you have earned the required number of Status Miles or trips.	Blue Tier Member Card
Silver Club Members When you accrue in excess of 25,000 Tier Qualifying Miles (i.e. Status and Cloud-Nine bonus miles) or 20 sectors in one calendar year, you become eligible for Silver Club membership. Gold Club Members When you accrue more than 50,000 Tier Qualifying Miles (i.e. Status and Cloud-Nine bonus miles) or 40 sectors in one calendar year, you will be eligible to become a Gold Club member and enjoy a level of benefits reserved for our most dedicated customers.	Gold Tier Member Card
