The Basic Requirements and Competencies for Customer Service Jobs:

Trainees will have the great opportunity of working in one of the well known airlines and travel agencies in the world. Below are the basic requirements that most airlines expect from a professionally trained Customer Service:

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Physically fit and able to pass the pre-employment physical examination
  • Well-groomed and practice good hygiene
  • Professional, businesslike , ethical , polite, mature and always with smile
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills- Must have the ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language. Knowledge of other foreign languages is advantageous.
  • Basic Computer skill
  • Team Spirit & positive attitude
  • Ability to cope with pressure at busy times
  • Flexible and dependable
  • Willing to work during nights, weekends and holidays
  • Able to work with people of diverse cultures
  • Must be free of all street drugs, hallucinogens, narcotics, depressants and stimulant medications.
  • Always ready to learn from others and willing to share experience and knowledge as well.
